As for Fiji laws, they need to be tightened up. But first you need to reverse the crime of treason, from which all hopelessness followed.

LOL and I would think that at your age you would know that I know foreigners don't vote BUT they sure can put a lot of bribes into the campaign fund and into the pocket. Just because something is "done" doesn't make it right.

Strengthen anti-corruption with police, judicial, and parliamentary back up.
