Posts: 6096 11/28/08 02:16:51	and the HEAD OF THE STATE under our Constitution is the President. and the President has mandated the Army to do what its done - and the Court has ruled that the President acted lawfully in doing so. not being silly gdev - its what we have to work with. a declaration by the High Court which renders it legal. and unless and until the conclusion of an appeal says otherwise, that is the status quo.
