Military attitude:
The problem is that you need to kick and beat people to make them work. It works with horses, dogs, and donkeys, why not people?
Problem with the civil service is that it has rules. Problem with the nation is it has laws. Who needs it when we have God acting through the military to tell people what is best for them, even death if they smoke marijuana or witness my brother in law murdering someone (Nimilote was killed because as a taxi driver he witnessed Kean killing Whippy).
Should be interesting to see how these "agents of God" acting through senile and idiot puppets are received at the UN.

Update: 4.25pm THE military believes there is a need for more officers to be absorbed in the civil service to produce results expected of civil servants.
Military spokesman Lieutenant-Colonel Mosese Tikoitoga said civil servants were too engrossed in the rules and regulations of the Public Service Commission that they now saw themselves as masters and not the servants they should be.
''The military council was of the view that there needs to be more involvement of officers in the civil service because those that were there were not producing results and not doing their jobs. The attitude of the civil service needs to be changed and those that didn't change should move on or be removed,'' Lieutenant-Colonel Tikoitoga said.
''The RFMF sees the movement of officers across to the civil service as a compliment because they are helping in moving the country forward and it's important for civil servants to help move the country forward.''
